- About Us
Salt Lake City Concrete & Masonry Specialists
Xpert Concrete & Seal is a Salt Lake City concrete and masonry contractor focused on exterior flatwork and structural concrete. We pour patios, slabs, steps, RV pads, curb and gutter, footings, and foundations, and we also handle stamped/decorative finishes, repair and sealing, and concrete cutting and demolition.
What sets us apart is the way we build, we start with proper prep, compaction, and drainage, then deliver clean finishes designed to hold up through Utah’s freeze thaw weather. From residential upgrades to commercial grade projects and sports courts, we bring the same attention to detail and clear communication from estimate to final cleanup.

- FAQ
How soon can I walk or drive on new concrete?
Most projects allow foot traffic in 24–48 hours, but driving typically takes longer. We’ll give you exact cure-time guidance based on the pour and weather in Salt Lake City.
Will my concrete crack?
Concrete can crack, but proper base prep, reinforcement, and control joints help reduce random cracking and control where it occurs.
How thick should my slab or RV pad be?
Thickness depends on use and weight. Patios are typically lighter-duty than RV pads or commercial areas, we’ll recommend the right thickness and reinforcement for your project.
Do you remove old concrete and haul it away?
Yes. We handle concrete demolition, haul-off, base re-build, and replacement pours so the new surface is installed correctly.
Can you pour concrete in cold weather?
Do you build sports courts like basketball and pickleball?
